What to Expect
To schedule a routine appointment, please call (707) 637-6137. Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm. Please be prepared with an explanation of your concerns or goals for the appointment and have a couple of dates and time frames in mind when you call. We schedule our ambulatory appointments with a 1–2 hour arrival window. Our veterinarian or office staff will contact you when they are on their way.
To request an emergency appointment during business hours:
Please contact our office. For same-day add-ons/emergencies during normal business hours, an additional fee is added to the appointment.
For an emergency appointment outside of normal business hours, please contact our office and follow the instructions on our voicemail recording to be directed to the veterinarian on call.
How to prepare:
Please make sure that your animal is in their stall and groomed prior to the veterinarian’s arrival.
For the safety and health of our veterinarians and technicians, please follow our COVID-19 policies. Please inform our staff if you are feeling under the weather and reschedule your appointment, or give permission to communicate via phone call versus in person.
Getting in touch with the veterinarian:
Please contact our front office to get in touch with any of our veterinarians. If they are not available at the time of your call, they will get a message to them in a timely manner.
New clients:
If you are a new client, please contact our office at (707) 637-6137 to set up your account prior to scheduling an appointment. Please email any pertinent past medical history to our office once established as a client, or have it readily available for your appointment.
We collect payment at the time of service and require a credit card on file prior to our veterinarian’s arrival for any appointments.
