Napa Valley Equine offers multiple payment options and requires full payment at service, with financing available through CareCredit®.
Thank you for choosing Napa Valley Equine. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your animal. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. Napa Valley Equine requires payment in full at the time of service.
Payment Options:
- Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card
- Automatic Bill Pay through Bills.com or Zelle (via Chase)
- Convenient Monthly Payment Options¹ from the CareCredit® Healthcare Credit Card
- Allows you to begin treatment today and pay over time
- Available for any treatment amount
- Can be used repeatedly — for your entire family — without having to reapply
We may offer in-house payment options on a case-by-case basis. We charge 2% interest on all outstanding account balances older than 30 days. If you have an account 90 days past due, Napa Valley Equine may relinquish your balance owed to a collection agency.
Additional Policy Information:
Napa Valley Equine charges $25 for any returned check. For clients with animal insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.
