Napa Valley Equine not only prioritizes the quality of veterinary medicine provided to our patients but also the safety and well-being of our staff.
Code of Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following:
- Verbal abuse, harmful comments, or disrespect directed at any member of our team
- Cyberbullying, discrimination, intimidation/threats/bribery, etc
- Sharing of private information
- Any behavior that disrupts our business, staff, or patients
